The POWER screw lead screws primarily use a trapezoidal thread form that delivers high performance and repeatability. Stocking up to 3 meter lengths of lead screw in diameters of 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, 30mm, 36mm, 40mm and 50mm in both right and left handed formats. Supplied in both Steel and Stainless Steel the POWER SCREW lead screws ranges are complimented by a range of flanged or non flanged Bronze nuts as well as round, hex and square steel nuts. ABSSAC offers a free cut to length service on all the POWER SCREWS.

POWER Lead screws that are cold rolled formed have the immediate advantage of a work hardened surface on which the load bearing nut will travel. Starting with a pre-ground Stainless Steel bar stock, the thread form is gradually rolled into the material with increasing pressure ensuring precise material deformation along the thread form as it is worked. By repeating this process the screw stock work hardens into a smooth finish with the desired diameter and lead as the finished product. Linear guideways provide excellent load bearing linear motion by re-circulating rolling elements between a profiled rail and a bearing block.
