Self reversing screws
A traditional lead screw and nut combination requires the driven screw to change its direction of rotation to enable the nut to return to its original start position. However, in certain applications, it may be advantageous to maintain a single direction of rotation of the screw but still have the nut return to the start position.

Amazing shaft offset capability
The Schmidt-Kupplung is a compact, torsionally stiff performance shaft coupling that compensates for large and variable parallel shaft offset without side loads during operation.
By its design, the extreme shaft offset capability combined with a small D.B.S.E. (distance between shaft ends) makes the Schmidt-Kupplung quite unique.

Ultra finite thread leads with Satellite roller screws
A satellite roller screw can be designed to deliver incredibly small and accurate leads than ballscrew designs.
The lead of roller screws (axial travel per revolution of the screw) can be very manufactured with finite tolerances and minute lead accuracy. Typically leads are limited to 1mm for small diameters of the standard RV satellite series...
