I write to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent advice encouragement and support provided by Mr Phil Jones.Williams Refrigeration is a leading manufacturer of professional refrigeration equipment and is based in Norfolk. As part of our community involvement we support the local Wisbech Grammar School Young Engineers Group. This group encourages pupils of all ages to take a wider interest and involvement in design technology and engineering. We have supported the school over a number of years in their participation in the Green-power educational trust and other similar projects that link education and industry through inspirational engineering.A recent student project to build a luggage lifting table called for a need for advice and supply of lead screws and bearings. We turned to ABSSAC as our highly regarded and long standing expert supplier for guidance. Phil has gone the extra mile in offering his time to help us with excellent hands on product knowledge and practical advice in not only recommending the best technical solution but also in actively encouraging the pupils to understand more of how the principles of power transmission work.The wonderful support has left the pupils with a lasting impression of the professional know how and engineering support that they can get when speaking to ABSSAC as the experts in their field. I am sure this is something that will long remain with those who go on to take up a career in engineering.
