Disc couplings - NC Servo

The NC servo coupling has been designed specifically with the electric servo motor market in mind.

With a low mass they offer low inertia back lash free torque transmission, with exceptional torsional stiffness. The key to their success lies in the stainless steel laminate disc packs that provide the essential torque transmission but also allow for flexibility in both angular and parallel axis during rotational operation.  Available in 6 sizes they can transmit torques up to 200Nm. Connecting to the shafts couldn't be easier thanks to the clamp design utilised at both ends of the shaft coupling. Hubs are available in both Aluminium and steel ( size 42) . 

NC servo couplings are also perfect for hazardous applications . When supplied with a feather key they are approved to EC standard 94/9/EC ( ATEX 95)
