Retaining Rings (also known as coil rings, coiled rings, snap rings, round wire rings, circlips, square section rings, rectangular section rings, custom shaped section rings, or tapered section rings) - close tolerances, short lead-times, improved product life

MW Industries, Inc. manufactures custom, precision-engineered retaining rings (also known as coil rings, coiled rings, snap rings, round wire rings, circlips, square section rings, rectangular section rings, custom shaped section rings, or tapered section rings) that are available in various end configurations and used in multiple applications.

Metal stamping, fourslide components, flat springs and specialty parts from a variety of materials.

Several of our locations specialize in the stamping of metal components using a variety of presses from 30 to 400 ton capacity. The metallurgical expertise we use to design all of our spring and fastener products extends to stampings as well, allowing our engineers to design components utilizing materials from high carbon steel, pre-tempered and alloys including chrome vanadium (CrV 5160) in thicknesses from .

Machined parts are in most of the items we depend on everyday.

Machined parts are in most of the items we depend on everyday. They range from relatively simple designs to parts that need work done to every surface with various tooling in precise locations. Manufacturing these custom components in a manner that is both quick and cost-effective can prove difficult without the proper technology or experience.

Multi-Axis / Multi-Spindle Machining

Multi-axis machining is the capability for a work piece to be turned, cross-drilled, milled and engraved all in the same machine.

Our fastener locations have the capabilities to offer a full range of standard and metric sizes.

MW Industries, Inc. (MWI) leads the precision-machined fastener industry. By consistently supplying high-quality hardware, for both off-the-shelf and custom specifications, we have satisfied customers in several markets, including aerospace, medical, telecommunications and metal fabricating. Our fastener locations have the capabilities to offer a full range of standard and metric sizes.
We ship from stock on over 45,000 part numbers, but if your needs are unique, MWI also provides custom print-to-part manufacturing.

Disc springs and washers, from standard steel and exotic materials, to satisfy any application.

A disc spring, also known as a Belleville washer or Belleville disc spring, consists primarily of a convex disc supported at the outer periphery by one force and an opposing force on the center of the disc.

Disc springs are used singly, or in stacks, to achieve a desired load and travel. The advantage of a disc spring is that it generates high force in a very short spring length and with minimal movement when compressed.
