Metal disc couplings ATEX
Metal disc style couplings enable high torque transmission whilst simultaneously compensating for angular, parallel and axial shaft misalignment. Using laminated disc packs to transmit the torque and most importantly, absorb the shaft misaligments, extensive research via finite element analysis has been utilised to ensure optimal form and reliability. In addtion to this advantage the way in which the disc packs interlock with alternatively mounted hubs and spacers ensures directional engagment and postive locking.

- Flexible disc couplings minimize the misalignment forces on the connected equipment.

- Laminated disc packs are pre-stressed to eliminate axial vibrations of spacer designs
