Ball screws (Rolled)

Ball screws that have been cold rolled formed are ideal for applications that do not require the finite accuracy of the ground ball screw equivalents, but are still required to reliably transmit a linear load with high degree of accuracy. Put simply, the rolling process forms a thread for less cost than grinding. However, we can still achieve accuracies of C7-20 (that's 52 microns per 300mm of lead accuracy - 20 microns of axial backlash)

We split the ranges into a miniature range catering for 4mm up to 14mm diameters and an industrial class catering for 16mm-120mm diameter. In both cases we offer imperial and metric formats with various nut designs and attachment styles.The range of ball screws available to you is one of the largest on the market. You will have over 25 years of experience guiding you through the selection process to ensure the right part is chosen for the application.

In a nut shell, the rolled ball screw ranges encompass;

  • Low cost
  • Precision C7-20 to T5-80
  • Lead accuracy .007mm/300mm or better
  • Wide selection of leads and pitches available per diameter
  • Miniature precision ranges
  • Industrial heavy duty ranges
  • Flanged, cylindrical and end threaded ball nut designs
  • All parts can be supplied with journal ends machined and ready to fit application (Machined)
  • All Ball screws can be supplied with integrated radial and thrust bearings mounts (Bearings)
  • ISO9001 approved
